Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of cleaning contracts, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and that our teams are equipped to deliver high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a mixed portfolio of cleaning contracts, including corporate, educational, and commercial sites.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Lead and motivate a team of Supervisors and Operatives, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to succeed.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor service delivery and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and identify opportunities for growth and development.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of cleaning operations and service delivery.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth and improvement.
- Knowledge of financial forecasting, budgeting, and analysis, with the ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
- Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and development.
