We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities and Health and Safety Administrator to join our team at Royal Cornwall Hospitals NHS Trust.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and updating various databases and departmental systems, reviewing safety-related incident reports, and providing administrative support to the Head of Service.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and update databases and departmental systems in accordance with Trust policies and procedures.
- Review safety-related incident reports and request additional information as needed.
- Provide administrative support to the Head of Service, including clerical and organizational tasks.
- GCSE English and Maths Grade 4 or above.
- Advanced Microsoft Office Skills.
- Understanding of legislative and best practice requirements around health and safety matters.
- Ability to work on own initiative, under pressure, and manage competing demands for resources.
