Job Title: Health and Safety Professional

About the Role:
Our client, a well-established regional construction company, is seeking a Health and Safety Professional to join their South West operations. The successful candidate will promote and uphold a positive health & safety culture on site and provide specialist expert construction health and safety knowledge to the business.

Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in implementing a positive health and safety culture within a construction / contracting environment.
* Advise and maintain safe systems of work across all sites, monitoring compliance with all legal bodies and regulatory requirements.
* Assist to write up internal Health and Safety documentation, safety policies and strategies.
* Undertake risk assessments and method statements.
* Work with the site team to uphold a positive health and safety environment.

Requirements:
* NEBOSH General or Construction qualification.
* Experience of CDM, Risk assessment, Construction Phase Plans, Fire Safety, Waste Management, Manual handling.
* Full valid driving licence.
