Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Support Worker to join our team at Sellick Partnership. As a Mental Health Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to individuals with mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with individuals in a personalised plan of support to achieve their goals.
Provide practical information and advice on issues such as budgeting, welfare benefits, employment, training, relationships, and health issues.
Complete Safety Management Plans with individuals, ensuring a positive and collaborative risk management approach.
Work collaboratively with individuals to empower them to make decisions about their support.
Collaborate with other professionals such as social workers and landlords.

Essential Criteria:

Enhanced DBS (adults and children)
Driving license
Knowledge of mental health and risk.
