Employee Relations Specialist

A global leader in industrial software, AVEVA, is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Adviser to join their team. As a key member of the HR department, you will play a crucial role in delivering a highly-effective and efficient Employee Relations service to the business.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert advice and guidance on people-related issues to managers and other senior colleagues.
- Build and maintain collaborative relationships with the People team and key stakeholders across the business.
- Report on volumes and case status periodically and escalate serious issues to the local HRBP team.
- Support the wider EMEA HR team as needed.
- Excellent understanding and application of employment legislation.
- Native or bilingual fluency in English (oral and written).
- Strong communication and listening skills, with the ability to coach, advise, and influence managers at all levels.
- Excellent written communication skills and ability to adapt guidance to meet the needs of the audience.
- Ability to assess risks and make astute and fair recommendations that meet the needs of the business.
- CIPD Level 5+ qualified or working towards the qualification (or equivalent).
- Knowledge of legislation in the Republic of Ireland.
- Experience of working in a global business within a complex matrix organisation.
- Personable with strong communication and relationship-building capabilities across all levels of the business.
- Driven and determined.
- Practical and solution-focused.
- Ability to navigate language and cultural differences to achieve positive outcomes.
