**About the Role**

Our client, a family-owned business with a rich history in the textile industry, is seeking an experienced Textile Designer to join their home textile design team. With over 50 years of experience, they continue to push the boundaries of excellence in product design.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop innovative designs for the UK printed bed linen market, working closely with clients to meet their requirements.
  • Collaborate with the design team to create high-quality designs that meet tight deadlines.
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of trends and create trend boards that inspire the design team.
  • Represent the company at exhibitions and trade shows, both in the UK and internationally.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform design decisions, including visiting competitors' shops and analyzing market trends.
  • Support other members of the office team as needed, contributing to the overall success of the business.

**Requirements**

  • Proven experience in hand-painting skills, with expertise in multiple styles and techniques.
  • Familiarity with Office 365 is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with clients and colleagues.
