Job Title: Design Studio Lead

Crown Paints is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Design Studio Lead to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for leading a team of designers and ensuring the delivery of high-quality design work that meets our brand standards.

About the Role:

  • Lead a team of designers and provide guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality design work.
  • Develop and implement design strategies that align with our brand vision and goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design work meets business objectives.
  • Manage design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including designers, art directors, and other team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve our design processes and outcomes.

About You:

  • Proven experience in leading design teams and delivering high-quality design work.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, including color theory, typography, and composition.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative design solutions.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in design leadership roles.
  • Strong portfolio of design work that demonstrates your skills and experience.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud software, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Experience with project management software, such as Asana or Trello.
