Key Responsibilities

  • Lead design projects from concept to completion, ensuring they meet the client's expectations and are delivered within budget and time frame.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and planning authorities to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Contribute to the development of new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve design skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Proficient in Vectorworks, Adobe Photoshop, and Microsoft Suite.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Full UK driving license and ability to travel to site where necessary.
