Carrier Solutions UK is a prominent manufacturer of energy-efficient air conditioning systems, providing a diverse range of products including VRF, Split Systems, and Air Curtains.
Position Overview
We are looking for a dedicated Sales Support Administrator to enhance our operations in Stockport. This role is essential for managing customer orders, leveraging CRM systems, and assisting colleagues to ensure efficient workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the orders inbox
- Utilize CRM tools for effective order processing
- Ensure timely completion of orders
- Monitor shared inboxes and address any arising issues
- Prepare MK denials report
- Issue order confirmations to clients
- Assist Regional Sales Managers with inquiries
- Verify and reconcile customer purchase order values
Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service or business administration
- Strong communication abilities
- Capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail in order processing
- Team-oriented mindset
