Position Overview
We are in search of a Sales Support Administrator to enhance our operations in Stockport. This position is crucial for overseeing customer orders, leveraging CRM systems, and assisting colleagues to maintain efficient workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and refresh the orders inbox
- Employ CRM tools for effective order management
- Ensure timely completion of orders
- Oversee shared inboxes and identify potential issues
- Prepare MK denials report
- Dispatch order confirmations to clients
- Assist Regional Sales Managers with inquiries
- Verify and reconcile customer purchase order values
Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service or business administration
