Position Overview

We are in search of a Sales Support Administrator to enhance our operations in Stockport. This position is crucial for overseeing customer orders, leveraging CRM systems, and assisting colleagues to maintain efficient workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and refresh the orders inbox
  • Employ CRM tools for effective order management
  • Ensure timely completion of orders
  • Oversee shared inboxes and identify potential issues
  • Prepare MK denials report
  • Dispatch order confirmations to clients
  • Assist Regional Sales Managers with inquiries
  • Verify and reconcile customer purchase order values
