Position Overview

In the role of Sponsorship Sales Specialist, you will report directly to the Sales Director and be tasked with meeting revenue objectives across a diverse portfolio of B2B Conferences and Summits. This will involve generating new business opportunities as well as nurturing existing client relationships.

Essential Skills

· Proficient in IT with strong capabilities in Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, along with proficient typing skills.

· Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new software applications (e.g., Salesforce).

· Self-driven and motivated individual.

· Exceptional skills in New Business Development and the ability to cultivate robust business relationships.

Key Duties

· Accurately identify and engage with key decision-makers within targeted organizations, presenting the product with professionalism and enthusiasm.

· Create value throughout the sales journey.

· Collaborate with sales management to develop a compelling sales proposition and deliver it effectively to decision-makers.

· Work closely with the delegate sales team to provide sponsor wish lists and targeted prospects.
