About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced F&B Team Lead to join our luxury wellness club in the heart of the Cotswold. As a key member of our F&B team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our members and embodying the Bamford Collection values.

Responsibilities

  • Support the line manager in leading and motivating the team, ensuring effective communication, fostering a positive working environment, and meeting the highest standards set by Senior Management.
  • Collaborate with the line manager to create strategies for improving team performance, morale, and engagement.
  • Lead with a passion for delivering extraordinary customer service and attention to detail.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our members' needs and preferences.
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and high-quality food and drink offerings.
  • Manage drinks stock and rotation, ensuring optimal inventory levels and minimizing waste.
  • Drive and organize menu changing tastings, support with Club events, and workshops.

Requirements

  • Bar knowledge and experience in a luxury environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor in fast-paced environments.
  • Flexibility to cover a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and attention to detail.
