Enterprise Sales Director

Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Sales Director to spearhead our growth plans and drive revenue acceleration. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
About the Role:
- Lead & Inspire: Mentor and manage a high-performing enterprise sales team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve and exceed revenue targets, focusing on high-potential markets and industry verticals.
- Demand Generation: Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise clients, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring their business needs are met.
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities, providing strategic insights to the executive team.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with our marketing, product, and operations teams to align sales initiatives with broader business objectives.
Requirements:
- Experience: At least 10 years in sales, with 5+ years in a leadership role, ideally within the Payment Processing or B2B eCommerce space.
- Proven Success: A track record of leading teams to achieve and exceed revenue targets, with extensive experience in demand generation and sales operations.
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to think strategically, analyze market trends, and translate data into actionable insights.
- Leadership: Strong leadership skills with a passion for mentoring and developing talent.
- Communication: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Adaptability: Resilience and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
