Key Responsibilities- Member Account Management: Oversee Independent Network member accounts to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs). Promote membership benefits and provide continuous support to members.
- Issue Resolution: Monitor, highlight, and address any arising issues promptly to ensure seamless operations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Technical Support Manager to track IBG claims and complaints via the Independent Network member database.
- Reporting: Contribute to monthly reporting requirements to ensure accurate and timely information.
- Database Management: Maintain internal databases up to date and ensure compliance with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) policies.
- Prospect Identification: Identify and engage potential candidates for the Independent Network and wider installer scheme. Liaise with VEKA Business Development Managers (BDMs) and Fabricators regarding potential prospects.
- Onboarding Support: Assist in the application, setup, and onboarding of new Independent Network member customers.
- Customer Service: Handle day-to-day homeowner and installer communications to ensure top-notch customer service.
- Administrative Duties: Perform general administrative tasks as required to support the team.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Quick Learner: Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
- Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve issues.
- Excellent Written and Reporting Capabilities: Excellent written and reporting skills to produce high-quality reports and documents.
- Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in work.
- Excellent Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills to provide top-notch service to customers.
- Experience with HubSpot (Desirable): Experience with HubSpot, a marketing and sales software.
