Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our dynamic team in North East London. As an Assistant Store Manager at Aldi, you will play a key role in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining high store standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and develop a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
- Implement and maintain efficient store operations, including stock control, inventory management, and cost control
- Collaborate with the Area Manager to develop and implement business strategies, ensuring alignment with company goals
- Provide coaching and guidance to store staff to enhance their skills and performance
- Monitor and analyze sales data, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations
- A competitive salary of £35,625 rising to £43,440 after 4 years, plus a London allowance of £1,935
- A flexible contract with options for 32, 36, or 40 hours per week, including weekends
- 4 weeks annual leave plus bank holidays, rising to 5 weeks after 2 years
