Job Title: Community Mental Health Nurse - Band 6

We are seeking a skilled Community Mental Health Nurse to join our team in Tunbridge Wells. As a key member of our community mental health team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to patients in their own homes.

Job Summary:

This is a Band 6 Community Mental Health Nurse position, requiring a qualified and experienced professional to work in a community recovery setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing patients' mental health needs, developing and implementing care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' mental health needs
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest mental health advancements and best practices
  • Current and valid registration with the NMC
  • Proven experience in a community recovery role
  • Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
Working Hours and Contract Duration:
