Key Responsibilities

To support our mission, we are seeking a Receivables Management Specialist to join our Shared Service Centre. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Generating sales invoices and issuing credit notes as necessary.
  • Addressing customer inquiries related to invoicing.
  • Ensuring timely payment of debts in accordance with agreed terms.
  • Preparing and distributing monthly statements for clients.
  • Providing ad-hoc reports as requested by management.
  • Raising any debt-related concerns with the appropriate Operational team.
  • Collaborating with the Management Accounts team to assist in calculating accrued and prepaid income.

Candidate Requirements

The ideal candidate will be an efficient, organized, and experienced Receivables Management Specialist with strong decision-making abilities. You should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the capacity to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Proficiency in IT, particularly Excel, is essential for this position.
