About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team at NCH Europe. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our cash collection processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cash Collection: Collect cash from customers in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that all payments are accurately recorded and reconciled.
  • Credit Control: Monitor and manage customer credit limits, ensuring that all accounts are up-to-date and that any issues are promptly addressed.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing insights to inform business decisions.
  • AR Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all accounts receivable, ensuring that all information is readily available for reporting and analysis.
  • Customer Communication: Communicate effectively with customers to resolve any issues or concerns, ensuring that all queries are addressed promptly and professionally.
Requirements
  • Financial Experience: Proven experience in a financial role, with a strong understanding of cash collection and credit control processes.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and identify trends.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in written and spoken English, with proficiency in French and Dutch/Flemish.
