The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Change Management Specialist to lead on business readiness and implementation for all technology and business improvement related change within our organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering at pace to a diverse workforce and its partners, while managing stakeholder expectations and ensuring successful delivery of change.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Change Management: Manage all business change from inception through all stages of the delivery lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business goals and outcomes.
  • Stakeholder Management: Work closely with business leads and champions to ensure delivery is aligned to business goals and outcomes, while maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Agile Project Management: Fully support and advocate Agile ways of working, ensuring project deliverables meet business objectives and performance levels.
  • Change Delivery Excellence: Be an ambassador for change delivery excellence, ensuring quality and adoption of change initiatives.
  • Performance and Improvement: Feed into Performance & Improvement team planning, including resource and financial requirements, and manage the Risk and Opportunity portfolio.
Key Targets and KPIs
  • Business Change Plan: Develop and maintain a business change plan, ensuring stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the process.
  • Business Readiness: Ensure business readiness is undertaken for all change and improvement initiatives, with adoption occurring within defined timeframes.
  • Risk and Opportunity Management: Develop and maintain a Risk and Opportunity matrix, ensuring regular communication with stakeholders and the senior leadership team.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage stakeholders across the organization to deliver high-quality change management and respond to feedback as appropriate.
  • Continuous Improvement: Proactively champion and lead continuous improvement and innovation, identifying and implementing improvement opportunities as part of business-as-usual activities.
Requirements
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills: Possess strong written and verbal communication skills, effective decision-making, and influencing skills to manage stakeholders and negotiate with third parties.
  • Business Acumen: Demonstrate strong business acumen, including experience in managing multiple projects and programs, and familiarity with digital technology and its impact on business processes.
  • Agile Mindset: Possess a strong Agile mindset, with experience in using Agile tools and techniques, and confident in the interrogation of data and metrics to support recommendations and decisions.
