Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Pharmacist to join our team in a private hospital setting. As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will be responsible for providing pharmaceutical care to patients on the wards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide pharmaceutical care to patients on the wards
  • Conduct medication reviews and make recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure safe and effective medication use
  • Develop and implement medication policies and procedures
  • Monitor and report on medication usage and trends

Requirements:

  • Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
  • Experience working in a hospital pharmacy setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical laws and regulations
