Position Overview: The Housekeeper plays a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our guest accommodations. As a brand ambassador, the Housekeeper is responsible for creating a positive experience for all visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness of designated guest rooms and public areas in accordance with company standards.
- Stay informed about cleaning products and their proper usage.
- Address guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously.
- Handle lost property in accordance with company policy.
- Report maintenance and safety issues to management to ensure a safe environment.
- Safeguard guest privacy and security of rooms.
- Assist with laundry duties as needed, including sorting and transporting linens.
- Restock linen supply for upcoming shifts.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Housekeeping Supervisor.
