Position Overview: The Housekeeper plays a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our guest accommodations. As a brand ambassador, the Housekeeper is responsible for creating a positive experience for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness of designated guest rooms and public areas in accordance with company standards.
  • Stay informed about cleaning products and their proper usage.
  • Address guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously.
  • Handle lost property in accordance with company policy.
  • Report maintenance and safety issues to management to ensure a safe environment.
  • Safeguard guest privacy and security of rooms.
  • Assist with laundry duties as needed, including sorting and transporting linens.
  • Restock linen supply for upcoming shifts.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Housekeeping Supervisor.

Qualifications:
