Medical Education Administrative Officer

We are seeking an experienced and organized Administrative Officer to provide high-level administrative support for the delivery of postgraduate medical education in the North of Tyne region.
Main Duties- Assist with training delivered by the Trust for Postgraduate trainees, including trainee development programs, junior doctors inductions, and ad-hoc training events.
- Compile teaching attendance records, issue certificates, and report on absence levels as required.
- Monitor completion of statutory and mandatory training by junior doctors and maintain this information on ESR.
- Assist with mid and end-point reviews for trainee doctors, arranging quarterly meetings with college tutors.
- Support the management of trainee Balint groups.
- Internal room bookings, liaising with speakers, inputting data on relevant databases, ordering stationery and catering, and setting up rooms for teaching.
- Update trust-wide distribution lists, reception screens, and take room external bookings for the medical education centre as required.
- Provide logistical and technical support to presenters and a reception service for the department.
