About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Communications and Engagement Lead to join our team at Peregrine. As a key member of our programme team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective communication strategies to engage stakeholders and promote the Secure by Design programme.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Programme Lead and Change Manager in developing a comprehensive Communications, Engagement and Approach Plan (CEAP) to ensure successful programme delivery.
  • Support the development of a stakeholder map and maintain its content to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Manage internal communications, including campaigns, Sharepoint, newsletters, and other digital platforms.
  • Draft and disseminate engaging content for various audiences, including stakeholders, employees, and external partners.
  • Organize events, workshops, and working groups to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing among programme stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and engagement.
  • Develop and implement internal communication campaigns to promote programme initiatives and share success stories.
Requirements
  • Experience working in a team environment and independently.
  • Experience working within a multifaceted programme team.
Desirable Requirements
  • Experience in a Cyber Security environment.
  • Knowledge of Secure by Design and its principles.
  • Understanding of the NCSC Cyber Assurance Framework (CAF) and the NIST Cyber Security Framework (CSF).
