Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to manage our payroll processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments to our employees. The successful candidate will have a strong background in payroll, proficiency in payroll software, and excellent numerical skills. They will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of payroll documentation and transactions, preparing reports for senior management, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and internal policies.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage payroll processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments to employees
* Resolve payroll discrepancies and answer employee payroll queries
* Coordinate with HR for changes affecting payroll
* Maintain accurate records of payroll documentation and transactions
* Prepare reports for senior management as needed
* Ensure compliance with relevant laws and internal policies
Requirements
* Strong background in a payroll position
* Proficiency in payroll software
* Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail
