About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Night Shift Customer Service Manager to join our team at Sainsbury's. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our night shift operations, including managing a team of colleagues, overseeing stock replenishment, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve operational excellence
  • Oversee stock replenishment, including receiving and processing deliveries, and maintaining accurate inventory levels
  • Monitor and improve operational efficiency, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
  • Collaborate with other managers to plan and implement shift patterns and activities
  • Ensure a safe and healthy working environment for all colleagues
