Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and nurture relationships with current clients while pursuing new business opportunities
  • Develop and implement renewal strategies for client accounts
  • Ensure comprehensive coverage for clients' diverse exposures
  • Collaborate with Account and Claims Handlers to uphold service excellence
  • Meet sales objectives and proactively promote additional products
  • Maintain professional expertise and solicit client feedback for continuous improvement

Essential Skills:

  • Strong technical expertise in insurance
  • Experience in client service with proven negotiation and broking capabilities
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to collect and interpret data effectively
  • Solid understanding of Corporate Governance and financial principles
