maintAI is Wood's innovative, data-driven maintenance optimization solution that leverages advanced analytics and artificial intelligence, combined with our extensive domain expertise and asset knowledge to deliver transformative value swiftly. This is a comprehensive Wood initiative, integrating the best resources to provide exceptional value to our clientele.

In response to the rapid growth in our secured and anticipated projects, we are expanding the maintAI delivery team. You will be part of a dynamic group within Wood, focused on developing and delivering a state-of-the-art product across EMEA and globally.

We seek individuals who are technically inclined and possess experience in engineering, operations, maintenance roles, or project management. We also welcome applications from site or offshore personnel interested in transitioning to a flexible onshore role.

RESPONSIBILITIES

maintAI utilizes Wood's Subject Matter Expertise, enhanced by AI, to deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients.

The primary areas of focus include Maintenance Strategy Optimization, Maintenance Backlog Analysis, Inventory Management, and Predictive Maintenance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing Operations and/or Maintenance expertise for maintAI delivery projects
  • Supporting the maintAI development team to enhance the product through improved modeling and automation
  • Assisting the Senior Operations Manager & Delivery Lead to ensure project timelines are adhered to
  • Collaborating with the Lead Engineer to guide clients through the management of change process
QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications:
  • BSc, BEng, or BTech in Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation, or Industrial Engineering
  • We are also keen to connect with individuals who have gained experience in high-hazard environments within the Energy or Materials sectors, even if they do not hold a degree
Job-Specific Skills and Experience
  • Experience in the operation and maintenance of oil and gas, petrochemical, or manufacturing sectors
  • Familiarity with reliability and maintenance processes, such as Criticality Assessments and Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA)
  • Experience in maintenance data development and updates
  • Functional and technical knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
  • Strong analytical skills, including data analytics and spreadsheet manipulation
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies
  • Awareness of local statutory or regulatory maintenance requirements and risk management programs
