Maintenance Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at a market-leading manufacturing firm based in the Coventry area. This role offers excellent opportunities for training and career development, with a large CAPEX and investment budget.

Main Responsibilities:

As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for providing plant-wide maintenance services, departmental support, and repairs to ensure production targets are maintained. You will also monitor and supply engineering support for machine set-up and changeovers to ensure product quality and efficiency.

You will work closely with the production team to identify and resolve maintenance issues, and provide solutions to problems. A high degree of health and safety awareness is essential for this role.

Requirements:
  1. Recognised engineering apprenticeship and qualification or equivalent (e.g. NVQ, City and Guilds, ONC, BTEC or above) in Mechanical or Electrical
  2. High degree of health and safety awareness
  3. Ability to fault find, repair, and provide solutions to problems
  4. Maintenance engineer experience or qualifications
