Job Title: Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Edinburgh. As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on production equipment, identifying faults, and performing preventative maintenance to ensure optimal production output.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on a range of production equipment to ensure optimal production output.
  2. Identify faults and diagnose issues with production equipment to minimize downtime.
  3. Perform preventative maintenance on all machinery to ensure safety and compliance with relevant legislation and standards.
  4. Work closely with the production team to optimize production output and minimize downtime.
  5. Liaise with external suppliers and contractors to ensure timely and efficient maintenance of equipment.

Requirements:

  1. Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
  2. Ability to diagnose and repair faults and perform preventative maintenance on production equipment.
  3. Minimum NVQ Level 3 in Electrical or Mechanical or equivalent.
