Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of refrigeration engineers to ensure delivery of high-quality maintenance services
  • Develop and implement maintenance plans to ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards
  • Provide technical support and guidance to engineers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure cost-effective delivery of services
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded
Requirements:
  • NVQ in Refrigeration or equivalent
  • City and Guilds 2079 refrigerant handling
  • 5 years of refrigeration experience, ideally in a multi-client contracted environment
  • Ability to maintain and repair a range of electrical and mechanical equipment
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
