About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to join our Amazon EU SARL (UK Branch) team. As a key member of our compliance operations, you will support the development and implementation of regulatory strategies to ensure our insurance distribution activities operate in accordance with all legal and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Senior Compliance Manager in ensuring our insurance distribution activities comply with all legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Review and approve financial promotions to ensure they align with regulatory requirements.
  • Support the Senior Compliance Manager in providing advice on insurance requirements, including the development of new business propositions.
  • Provide training to the business on applicable insurance regulations.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant insurance regulations.
  • Monitor regulatory change and emerging risk from regulatory sources and circulate key developments to internal stakeholders.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Experience in compliance program management, legal, governance, audit, risk/loss prevention, or equivalent.
  • Experience with regulatory filings and reports or equivalent.
  • Experience establishing successful partnerships with internal and external teams to execute tactical initiatives or equivalent.
