As a Winery Associate, your role will involve delivering exceptional hospitality to all guests, leading them through engaging and informative tours and tastings to enhance sales. Key Responsibilities:

Assist patrons during tastings and purchasesConduct tours and tastings for groupsProvide outstanding customer serviceManage point-of-sale transactionsSupport special events and offsite tastingsMaintain inventory and perform cleaning duties

Qualifications:

Smart Serve CertificationExperience in Hospitality or Customer ServiceBasic knowledge of wine (training will be provided)Willingness to learn about wine

Preferred Certifications:

WCO, WSET, or sommelier certificationsFirst Aid Certification
