We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Monitoring Specialist to join our team at United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust. As a key member of our Referral to Treatment (RTT) team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of patient data, supporting the achievement of national and local waiting time targets.
Main Responsibilities- Validate and accurately reflect patients' waiting times within the RTT Patient Tracking Lists (PTLs), in line with Department of Health guidance.
- Liaise with waiting list staff and medical secretaries to ensure accurate information is obtained and recorded.
- Investigate and proactively manage patient pathways in liaison with service managers to ensure patients are treated within the national 18-Week target.
- Assist Business Unit managers in identifying, reporting, and resolving RTT data collection issues to achieve a high standard of quality and completeness of RTT information.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and other staff groups within the Trust, ensuring a professional, efficient, and courteous service is provided.
