Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Quality Specialist to join our team at Lincolnshire Housing Partnership (LHP). As a Data Quality Specialist, you will be responsible for driving and improving the quality and use of data across the business to achieve measurable service excellence for our customers and comply with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data quality problems and inadequacies.
  • Identify and improve the consistency of data capture in core business systems.
  • Develop and implement data quality controls in alignment with the Data Management Framework.
  • Support the development of future-focused data quality activities to prevent rather than cure data quality issues.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience shaping data quality standards to improve business performance metrics and regulatory compliance.
  • Experience in data quality issue management in the Social Housing Sector.
  • Excellent project delivery skills through people empowerment.
  • Extensive data analysis skills using Microsoft Excel.
