The Opportunity:

Embark on a 12-month training program as a Trainee Manager at Majestic, where you will acquire the essential operational, service, and leadership skills necessary to progress to a Store Manager role. Collaborate closely with your Store Manager to pave your path to success.

Key Responsibilities:

Required Knowledge & Skills:

  • Background in retail or hospitality

  • Self-driven and adaptable to change
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Enthusiasm for learning and expanding wine knowledge
  • Valid UK/EU/EEA driving license
