What We Seek:

Your Responsibilities:

Planning and Reporting:

  • Review client documentation to ensure comprehensive and accurate information for the quoting process
  • Gather and communicate client requirements to facilitate effective risk marketing
  • Prepare or verify market presentations
  • Respond to market and third-party inquiries as appropriate
  • Ensure compliance with territory, tax, and legislative requirements
  • Manage data entry, credit control, and follow up on subjectivities as needed
  • Coordinate with support technicians and IBA as required
  • Maintain up-to-date records on the company system
  • Know when to seek guidance from senior team members
Policy, Process, and Procedures:
  • Adhere to established parameters and utilize relevant systems to ensure documentation and communications comply with company procedures and provide an adequate audit trail
  • Process data promptly and accurately to support high levels of client service and internal process execution
  • Maintain appropriate client files and oversee the timely and accurate production of documentation to meet client, company, and regulatory requirements
  • Conduct due diligence and sanctions checks in accordance with company procedures
  • Follow company policies and procedures, obtaining necessary authorizations at appropriate stages
Client Focus and Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external contacts to ensure service delivery meets expectations
  • Provide support and assistance to senior colleagues and their clients as needed
  • Handle client inquiries, renewals, and mid-term adjustments
  • Develop strong relationships within your immediate team and the broader business unit
  • Seek advice and guidance from your line manager when appropriate
  • Engage with clients in a fair and ethical manner
