Customer Service Liaison

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at KPI Recruiting Ltd. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring timely and accurate order processing, and maintaining strong relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Maintain clear and effective communication with customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Order Processing: Handle incoming customer orders by checking availability, confirming prices, and agreeing on delivery dates before processing them in our SAP system. Keep customers informed of any potential delays.
- Sample Requests: Coordinate sample requests, including pre-shipment samples when necessary, to ensure timely and accurate delivery to our customers.
- Dispatch and Logistics: Dispatch samples via courier when IATA-trained personnel are unavailable, and collaborate with our Logistics department to ensure smooth delivery of products to our customers.
- Customer Complaints: Record and follow up on customer complaints, working closely with our internal teams to resolve issues and prevent future occurrences.
- SAP Key User: Serve as an SAP Key User, ensuring accurate and timely data entry and maintenance of customer information.
- Customer Account Management: Create and manage new customer accounts, ensuring that Customer Master Data remains current and accurate.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the allocation of bulk finished materials in storage to fulfill upcoming customer orders, arranging PSS as needed.
- Production Planning: Collaborate with our Production team to plan canning schedules, particularly when a product is in limited supply.
- Consignment Stock: Process end-of-month consignment stock, ensuring accurate and timely reconciliation.

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Coordinator who possesses:
- Strong Administrative Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent IT Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience using SAP systems.
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
- Experience and Ability to Manage Multiple Tasks Simultaneously: Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
