Job Summary:

The Office Manager - Operations Coordinator will provide exceptional support to the Peterborough Office team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, colleagues, and visitors, providing a professional and welcoming experience.
  • Process invoices for payment, including creating purchase orders and managing stationery and kitchen supplies.
  • Coordinate schedules for work shadowing students and assist the social committee with organizing events.
  • Collaborate with the Office Manager and PA to promote company initiatives within the office.
  • Work with the PA and Office Business Development Board to organize events, including venue selection, catering, and logistics.
  • Update contact details in Dynamics CRM as required.
  • Complete and obtain venue event H&S Risk Assessments.
  • Liaise with the digital marketing team to create and send event invitations, and collaborate with social media and PR teams to promote events.
  • Attend events and ensure all necessary materials are available.
  • Order merchandise required for events, such as pens, note pads, and other promotional items.
  • Maintain the team's communication channel with up-to-date information.
  • Create and update team sheets, PDF invites, and other event materials using Canva.
