Key Responsibilities:

- Order stationery and kitchen consumables.
- Organize schedules for work shadowing students and assist with event planning.
- Collaborate with the Office Manager and PA to Head of Office to promote company initiatives.
- Update contact details in Dynamics CRM as needed.
- Complete and obtain venue event health and safety risk assessments.
- Liaise with the digital marketing team to create and send event invitations.
- Attend events and ensure fee-earners have necessary materials.
- Maintain team channels with up-to-date information.
- Create and update team sheets and PDF invites using Canva.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Dynamics CRM.
