Overview
We are in search of a Commercial Operations Coordinator to enhance our commercial division. In this pivotal role, you will contribute significantly to the seamless functioning of our commercial operations. Your exceptional organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail will be essential in managing accurate documentation, overseeing contracts and agreements, and delivering administrative assistance to our team.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Management
Supporting the operations, commercial, and finance teams with reporting and administrative functions related to service contracts to fulfill service level agreements and key performance indicators.
Updating financial records and reports on behalf of the Operations and Finance departments.
Assisting in the reporting of client Key Performance Indicators and Management Information.
Gathering necessary information to process payment applications and invoices.
Monitoring the approval process for payment applications and invoices to ensure timely transactions.
Commercial Coordination
Documenting and tracking contractual modifications.
Creating, modifying, and processing purchase orders within financial systems.
Managing contract documentation.
Facilitating communication within and between teams.
The ideal candidate will possess:
Experience in a similar role, preferably within a facilities management context.
Demonstrated proficiency in using Microsoft 365 applications, particularly Excel (e.g., PivotTables, lookups).
Expertise in analyzing, compiling, and presenting information with a high degree of accuracy.
Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement.
