**Key Responsibilities:**
**Financial Administration:**
- Update financial systems and reports on behalf of the Operations and Finance Team.
- Support the reporting of client Key Performance Indicators and Management Information.
- Collate information required to process applications for payment and Invoices.
- Track approvals of applications for Payment and Invoices to ensure prompt payment.
**Commercial Administration:**
- Track and record contractual changes.
- Raise, amend, and receipt Purchase Orders within financial systems.
- Administer contracts.
- Coordinate communications within and across teams.
**Requirements:**
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in delivering similar roles, ideally within a facilities function.
- Proven computer literacy, with the ability to use Microsoft 365 applications to a high standard.
- Ability to analyze, compile, and present information to a high degree of accuracy.
