About the Role - The purpose of this role is to provide administrative support to the operations, commercial, and finance departments with the reporting and administrative tasks required to meet contract service level agreements and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). This role will play a vital part in ensuring smooth operations and communication within the organization and with external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Financial Administration:
- Updating financial systems and reports on behalf of the Operations and Finance Team
- Supporting the reporting of client Key Performance Indicators and Management Information
- Collating information required to process applications for payment and Invoices
- Tracking approvals of applications for Payment and Invoices to ensure prompt payment
Commercial Administration:
- Tracking and recording contractual changes
- Raising, amending, and receipting Purchase Orders within financial systems
- Contract Administration
- Coordinating communications within and across teams
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in delivering similar roles ideally within a facilities function
- Proven computer literacy, with the ability to use Microsoft 365 applications to a high standard (e.g. Excel PivotTables, lookups, etc.)
- Experienced in the analysis, compilation, and presentation of information to a high degree of accuracy
