Senior Marketing Director, EMEA

Klaviyo is seeking a seasoned Senior Marketing Director to lead our marketing efforts in the EMEA region. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic marketing plan to drive demand generation, revenue pipeline, brand awareness, and customer marketing across the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop yearly marketing plans with budget and headcount requests, aligned with regional targets
  • Report to key stakeholders on marketing campaign successes and failures, using data to inform future initiatives
  • Build and lead a team of regional marketers to drive marketing initiatives, including event, content, and partner marketing
  • Partner with EMEA Sales leadership to identify key levers to grow the pipeline across the region
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to achieve regional revenue goals
  • Manage regional customer marketing and orchestrate implementation of supporting technology platforms and resources
  • Measure and regularly report the impact of marketing activities
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing with scaling or scaled SaaS companies
  • Proven ability to drive lead generation and customer expansion and retention in B2B SaaS products within EMEA at scale
  • Educated to degree level in a marketing-related field
  • Experience across the whole of the EMEA region
