About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Planning and Business Services team.
  • Complete administrative activities as needed, including reporting, collation of information, and housekeeping.
  • Act as a subject matter expert and work autonomously in areas of responsibility.
  • Ensure all activities are completed in line with agreed KPIs.
  • Provide support to managers, customers, call handlers, and operatives, delivering high customer service.
Requirements
  • Experience of being organised and adaptable, with the ability to plan and organise your own workload and meet deadlines.
  • IT skills, including experience with Microsoft packages and in-house systems.
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven accurate and efficient administrative and data input skills.
  • Knowledge of Group policy and procedures, as well as basic compliance requirements.
