Payroll Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Officer to join our dynamic corporate services team at Mental Health Matters. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely payments, adjustments, and deductions for all staff.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain compliance with payroll regulations and internal policies
- Collaborate with the Finance and HR teams to integrate payroll into the new Project Connect system
- Test and optimize the system, resolving payroll queries, and preparing detailed payroll reports
- Improve payroll efficiency and ensure a smooth payroll experience for all employees
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Payroll Officer who is committed to maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency. You will be meticulous in your approach, with a strong understanding of payroll processes and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
