The Opportunity
We are in search of a driven sales executive to spearhead our 'Go to Market' initiative targeting new clients throughout the EMEA region. This role is pivotal for a candidate who has a proven track record in establishing scalable sales processes and implementing successful strategies that drive team performance. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in revenue growth and demonstrate exceptional forecasting abilities. Leadership and mentorship are essential components of this position, as you will be guiding a team of motivated sales professionals towards achieving outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the EMEA region, focusing on new business development and revenue enhancement.
- Serve as the regional sales authority, emphasizing strategic direction and team management.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and marketing teams to generate high-quality leads and co-develop market strategies.
- Work alongside sales operations to assess and refine sales methodologies to support business growth.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing sales team, ensuring individual accountability and performance management.
- Oversee daily operations, including sales forecasting and pipeline management in a rapidly growing environment.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance sales processes and metrics to optimize team success.
- Achieve targeted financial outcomes for the EMEA accounts and regions.
- Lead discussions on key deals and contract negotiations with stakeholders.
- Enhance the regional leadership presence within the London office and improve the employee experience.
- Travel as needed to engage with potential clients and partners.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, creativity, and continuous improvement within the team.
Qualifications
- 8-10+ years of senior sales management experience with a successful track record in building effective sales teams and strategies, preferably in a software or enterprise platform environment.
- Strong leadership experience with demonstrated success in strategic planning and execution across diverse geographical areas.
- Ability to engage confidently with executive leadership and influence strategic direction related to the EMEA market.
- Capacity to inspire and motivate team members while contributing to a collaborative workplace culture.
- Exceptional consultative selling skills and strong interpersonal abilities with executive-level clients and partners.
- A blend of sales and technical expertise that enables engagement at both the executive and technical levels.
- Preferred domain knowledge in ad-supported media and video applications.
- A degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is highly regarded.
- Strong technical acumen and appreciation for technology.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Additional Information
- This is a hands-on leadership role with direct reports.
- While flexible working arrangements are encouraged, on-site presence is expected due to the strategic nature of this position.
- This role may require travel up to 25% of the time.
