Head of EMEA Sales Director

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Head of EMEA Sales to lead our sales efforts in Europe, Middle East, and Africa. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with our company's growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a sales plan that drives revenue growth and expands our market share in EMEA.
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement impactful marketing campaigns that enhance brand awareness and generate leads.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identify trends, and develop strategies to optimize performance.
- Ensure the delivery of monthly sales targets and provide regular sales reports to senior management.
- 5+ years of relevant sales and marketing experience in the consumer electronics, audio, or related industries.
- Demonstrated a track record of success in developing and executing sales and marketing strategies that drive significant revenue growth.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and mentor a team of sales and marketing professionals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments and with external partners.
