Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day service delivery for a prestigious client, leading a dedicated team of field engineers, a manager, and key customer contacts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement service delivery strategies that meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure service delivery meets or exceeds customer expectations.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance service delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to drive service delivery excellence.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in service delivery management, with a strong track record of meeting customer needs and exceeding expectations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office software, with the ability to learn new systems and tools quickly.
