Your Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day service delivery for a prestigious client.
  • Lead a dedicated team, including field engineers, a manager, and key customer contacts.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient service delivery and meet service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Record and resolve fault tickets promptly.
  • Generate monthly reports and serve as a primary point of contact for the customer.
