About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lettings Manager to join our team at AMR - Specialist Property Recruiters. As a key player in our multi-branch agency, you will be responsible for driving the lettings business forward in the Wimborne area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate market appraisal advice and convert enquiries into business
  • Demonstrate a proven track record of winning new business and instructions
  • Assist in driving the business forward and supporting the lettings team to meet and exceed targets
  • Build relationships and communicate with potential customers, landlords, tenants, and contractors
  • Monitor competitor performance and activity
  • Work under pressure while remaining organized and focused
  • Manage a portfolio of residential properties
  • Liaise with the Finance and Property Manager, reporting to the Directors on market conditions and any issues that arise

Requirements:

  • At least two years of experience in a Property Management role
  • ARLA level 3 in Residential Lettings & Property Management preferred
  • Outstanding organizational and communication skills
  • Professional at all times
  • Success-driven
  • Leads from the front and sets an example to the rest of the team

Financial Package: A competitive financial package is available, including a basic salary of £30,000 and an OTE of £37,500. A full UK driving license and own car are required for the position.
